Melaina K. de la Cruz received her B.A. in Creative Nonfiction from Columbia College Chicago in 2016, where she managed the writing department's Publishing Lab and produced multiple on-air radio documentaries. She now lives in Boston and has expanded her range over to horror fiction and the occasional prose poem. Her work has been published by Hypertext Magazine, Habitat Magazine, Thought Catalog, Violet Hour Press, and others.
